Features of SugarCRM:
Home Pages – You can now add multiple pages to your Home page to display dashlets. You can customize the layout of each page by adding up to three columns. You can rename any page, including the My Sugar page.
Dashboards – Similar to adding new Home pages, you can add multiple dashboards in the Dashboard module if you need the space to display many charts.
New Charts – The Reports module provides two new chart types, Funnel chart and Line chart, which you can use to view summation reports. You can add these flash charts, which are customizable and dynamic, as dashlets on your Home pages. The Forecasts module provides a Vertical Group By chart to view forecast history.
Redesigned Emails Module – You can use the new Emails module as an email client to manage your inbound and outbound emails. You can send the emails that you compose in Sugar through any of your external mail accounts.
In addition, the Emails module offers the following features
- Ability to create Group folders to route emails for distribution.
- A default personal folder named My Emails. You can create additional personal folders.
- Ability to create records such as bugs and leads from inbound emails.
- Ability to create an address book with entries from your list of users, contacts, and leads.
- Ability to create mailing lists from address book entries.
Field Level Access Control – In Role Management, you can now set access control at the field-level in any module.
Mass Reassignment of Records – You can now perform a mass reassignment of a users records to other users.
Redesigned Studio - The Studio User Interface has been redesigned to enhance user experience. The Studio editor enables you to customize modules by creating new fields and editing existing fields, layouts, field labels, and sub-panels and quick-create forms.
Module Builder – The Module Builder is a new feature that enables you to create custom modules.
